Terms of Agreement By placing an order with us you automatically agree to our terms and agreements. Please read the following carefully.

Prices
All prices are in New Zealand dollars. NZ$1 roughly equals 50cents US; or 80cents Australian; or 30pence British. So if you divide the prices quoted by two or by three you get an approximate equivalent in US or British currency.

Shipping Costs and Delivery times
Postage and handling is additional to the product prices quoted. These costs are outlined on the relevant chart.

a. NZ customers $5 per order. Delivery by Courier Post usually overnight.
b. Overseas customers according to postal region, quantity and postal method.

Product Quality
SummerGlow Apiaries are committed to providing the best quality product possible. Strict handling and testing regimes are followed to ensure top quality product.
When the honey is packed samples from every batch are tested to ensure it meets the UMFŽ standard and has a UMFŽ rating of 16 or higher.
Our honey and products are prepared in a sterile plant which meets very high standards, much higher standard than usual honey packing facilities.
Our honey is handled with greatest care to retain all the natural goodness of honey. Our honey is pure natural honey containing no additives.

Payment Methods
Payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners) if possible.
From within NZ you can also pay by cheque or cash.
We also accept bank cheques from outside NZ made out in NZ dollars.
For greatest security of credit card details our online order form is totally secure with all details encrypted until they reach us.
We charge in New Zealand currency, the credit card company deals with the exchange rate and the entry on your card statement will be in your currency.

Our online order form is a secure order form. All details are encrypted until they reach us.
Your personal and credit card details are required when you order so we can process and ship your purchases to you as quickly as possible. When the order is transmitted your details are encrypted - your personal information is immediately isolated on a secure server SSL (Secure Socket Layer) not accessible from the internet.

Despatch
Orders are shipped promptly after clearance of funds.

Customs
Any additional import duty or tariffs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return Rights
In the unlikely event of you receiving faulty or damaged goods simply email or phone us and we will arrange return or replacement of goods. Goods returned must be in their original packaging, unopened and are returned at the customer's expense.
